What This Site Is
Midwest Bin Stores is a free, independent directory of bin stores, Amazon return stores, and liquidation outlets across 10 Midwest states. Our goal is to be the most useful, accurate, and specific resource for Midwest shoppers who want to find bin stores near them — with real information about hours, restock days, and pricing cycles, not just a list of names.
What We're Not
We are not affiliated with Amazon, Target, Walmart, or any retailer. We do not accept payment from stores to be listed. We do not guarantee the accuracy of store information — hours and schedules change frequently, and we encourage every reader to verify details directly with each store before visiting. This site is monetized through Google AdSense advertising displayed on the page; store listings are editorially independent of that advertising.
Why Midwest Specifically?
The national bin store directories that exist are broad — they cover all 50 states with thin, templated content that doesn't help a real shopper in Columbus or Milwaukee decide where to go on a Tuesday morning. We built this site to provide the city-level depth and Midwest-specific context that those national resources don't offer.
The Midwest is a great bin store market — Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, and Michigan all have strong liquidation supply chains fed by Amazon's regional fulfillment infrastructure. Shoppers here get quality inventory and (outside the major metros) lower restock-day competition than comparable stores in coastal markets.
How We Research Listings
We research store listings through a combination of public sources: store Facebook and Instagram pages, Google Business profiles, community discussions, and direct outreach where possible. We update listings regularly but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy. If you find a listing that's inaccurate — store has closed, hours are wrong, restock day has changed — please use our contact form to let us know.
